We will ask you for a few details, such as the date and time of the service, pick-up point, destination and number of passengers. Flight delayed? No problem. We monitor your flight and adjust the service to your actual arrival time. We include 30 minutes of waiting time after landing, so you can collect your luggage and reach the meeting point. For longer delays, we will do our best to keep the service in place or arrange an alternative, subject to availability.

Depending on the airport and the type of service, the driver may wait for you in the arrivals area or at an agreed point. For Meet & Greet services, the driver can wait for you right at arrivals with a sign bearing your name.
